Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or record those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We may keep an email sent to us long enough to respond and maintain necessary correspondence. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical details whenever a page loads:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. We use them with analytics services to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. Browser controls can block cookies, though disabling them may change how some features behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Routing a submitted search to the selected partner
- Measuring which pages are useful and which need revision
- Diagnosing and correcting technical faults
- Operating the service reliably and efficiently
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Drew County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal case records. It publishes general directions to the Drew County Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, State District Court, and Search ARCourts. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party case profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention terms, and sharing rules apply to information submitted through those tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before searching.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas courts, Drew County clerk pages, Search ARCourts, legal resources, or outside tools. Once a visitor leaves our pages, the destination's privacy terms apply. Read those terms before providing personal information.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
- Analytics providers that measure traffic and performance
- Search partners processing a query submitted through their tool
- Advertising networks serving ads on the pages
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
We use customary safeguards for information in our care. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so we cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that a minor supplied such data, we will take steps to delete it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable Arkansas privacy and consumer-protection law may provide rights concerning personal data. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code ยงยง25-19-101 et seq., governs public records held by government bodies, while Administrative Order 19 governs access to Arkansas court records. Neither law turns data on this private site into an official Drew County court record. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy. A new version becomes available here with an updated effective date, so visitors should check this section for later changes.
