About Drew County Court Docket

Drew County court dockets and case files are divided among the Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, and State District Court clerk. Arkansas also offers Search ARCourts for public case information. We organize those official routes so a reader can identify the right clerk, court, address, and phone number before starting a search or records request.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas permits public access to court information under Administrative Order 19, with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act applying more broadly where the court rule does not control. The difficult part is finding the custodian. Drew County Circuit Court records are kept by the Drew County Circuit Clerk. Probate and county-court instruments go to the Drew County Clerk, while traffic and other district matters go to the State District Court clerk. Search ARCourts brings much of the public index together, but it does not replace any of those local offices. We collect the verified search routes, request steps, and contact details in one place.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arkansas court, clerk, or state agency. There are firm limits on what we can do:

  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that each phone number, fee, or setting remains current

Only the Drew County clerk that maintains a case, or the court that heard it, can issue its official or certified record. We can identify the likely office, but that office must produce the document.
